and not just any food - GOOD food. Good food can be tricky to come by these days, but Cincinnati has a had an AMAZING resurgence of fantastic produce, meats and even baked goods - all home grown. As awesome as this might be, it is still quite a hardship on the farmer and families.
See - these families are striving to create good, sustainable food sources - preserving livestock breeds from becoming extinct, providing produce without pesticides - plain and simple, good food, like I said before.
So before I rant much longer, these farmers need help - OUR help and it is time to do our part. If you would like to see the quality of food continue to increase in the future, it's time for you to help.
This is a local farm just outside of the Nati. I know Bill personally and have tried the goods this farm has to offer. For meat eaters - the Red Wattle Pig is probably the only thing I miss being a vegetarian. The breakfast sausage is silly good! And Rosie's Turkey Corner shows an insane amount of potential. This family has it figured out, but if we would like to continue to enjoy their product and if you stand by their ethics (as you SHOULD!!!!) - help them out!!!
