so first things first, Spotify. Basically a Netflix for tunes. Of course, there are basic, barebones versions for free, but for a minimal 10 bucks a month you can have access to just about every tune out there anytime, anywhere. So that brings me to mix tapes. To be shared amongst friends, created from a phone and enjoyed. I have been admiring other's mix tapes for awhile and have decided to create one myself.
This one goes out to Soren and Rick. My guys - Soren, may you shimmy and shake to the New Pornographers and the Bird and the Bee and Rick - a little Ryan Adams for your Kindness and thanks from Bright Eyes for the first day of my life when I met you.
